Responsibility
- Lead engaging and informative tours for visitors, providing insights into wildlife conservation and the natural habitats of Bali.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests by adhering to operational protocols and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the daily operations of wildlife experiences, including setup, maintenance, and coordination with other team members.
- Educate visitors on sustainable practices and the importance of wildlife preservation through interactive and educational presentations.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in all facilities.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to wildlife and tourism.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to attract visitors and raise awareness about Mandai Wildlife Group's initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in tourism, hospitality, or a related field, with a focus on customer service and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in English.
- Passion for wildlife conservation and a strong desire to educate others about environmental sustainability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in various outdoor and indoor settings.
- Basic knowledge of wildlife species, ecosystems, and conservation practices is preferred.
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain one is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
