Responsibility
- Prepare and cook menu items such as burgers, fries, and other fast-food specialties according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, seasoning, and assembling ingredients.
- Monitor food inventory and notify supervisors of low stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow all kitchen safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and utensils.
- Uphold consistent food quality and presentation standards for every dish served.
- Participate in opening and closing kitchen duties, including cleaning and restocking.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or fast-food environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-15 kg.
