Responsibility

  • Assist in daily food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and marinating ingredients to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Cook and assemble dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Pack and portion meals accurately for dine-in, takeout, or delivery services.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Support the team in inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating ingredients to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with chefs and service staff to ensure seamless kitchen-to-table operations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards through consistent quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (entry-level candidates with a strong passion for culinary arts are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
