Responsibility
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and execute innovative and delicious menus using fresh, local ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
