Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverage items according to established standards and recipes.
  • Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
  • Handle customer orders with accuracy, professionalism, and a friendly attitude to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations, including restocking condiments, utensils, and tableware.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
  • Provide support during special events, promotions, or private functions as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a kitchen, bar, or hospitality role (prior experience in Bali or a similar tourist destination is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, beverage service, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are highly desirable.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 kg, and work in a hot or humid environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Valid food handling certification or willingness to obtain one (training provided if necessary).
