Responsibility
- Coordinate daily operations between FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational harmony.
- Manage and monitor kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste through efficient rotation.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and expenditures using digital and manual systems.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing attendance, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of kitchen equipment, hygiene standards, and safety protocols in accordance with local health codes.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on inventory usage, cost analysis, and operational efficiency for management review.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the implementation of new menu items by coordinating with chefs and procurement teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen administration, hospitality management, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and local health department requirements.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control, waste reduction, and process improvement.
