Responsibility
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the Little Caliphs curriculum and Islamic values.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Develop and implement creative activities, including arts, crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play, to support holistic development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to organize school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Uphold the schoolâs policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Act as a role model for students, demonstrating Islamic values, patience, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience teaching kindergarten or preschool-aged children (advantageous).
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to create a warm, engaging, and structured learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
- Must be a Muslimah with a deep commitment to Islamic values and principles.
- Possess own transport for commuting to and from the school.
