Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with Islamic values and early childhood education best practices.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Assess and monitor children’s developmental progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Incorporate play-based learning, storytelling, and hands-on activities to enhance cognitive and social skills.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement a well-rounded curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that respects diversity and promotes kindness.
- Communicate effectively with parents to discuss their child’s progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (preferred).
- Must be a Muslimah with a strong understanding of Islamic values and teachings.
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to create lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Own transportation is required (no accommodation provided).
- Strong moral character, integrity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
