Responsibility
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster social and emotional development through interactive activities and play-based learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain open communication with parents to discuss student development and address concerns.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology to engage young learners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching kindergarten or early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative and patient with a passion for working with young learners.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Certification in early childhood education or teaching is preferred.
