Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive volume growth in assigned key accounts, including bars, hotels, and resto-bars in Bali.
- Identify and onboard new high-potential on-premise accounts, focusing on premium and nightlife venues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bar managers, F&B directors, and procurement teams.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client while maximizing revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and brand activations in key accounts.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.
- Ensure timely delivery of products, resolve client concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the alcohol/beverage industry or hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level clients.
- Deep understanding of the on-premise market, including nightlife and luxury hospitality segments.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
