Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the foodservice sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Hokkien is required.
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the foodservice industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
