Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali's food service sector, targeting hotels, resorts, and high-end restaurants.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for negotiations, contracts, and service delivery.
  • Drive innovation in customer programs, including loyalty initiatives, promotional campaigns, and tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and product development) to ensure seamless execution of sales and operational plans.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the food service or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value client relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in the Bali or Southeast Asian market is highly desirable, with an understanding of local business culture and dynamics.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
