Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations with major retail chains to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in Bali.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with inventory, marketing, and logistics.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any client concerns to maintain high service standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
