Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations with major retail chains to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in Bali.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with inventory, marketing, and logistics.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any client concerns to maintain high service standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
