Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify market opportunities and potential clients within the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite decision-makers.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and finance departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry.
  • Strong track record of business development and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage).
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and represent the company at industry events.
