Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow Modern Trade accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the Modern Trade sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
