Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth in the medical aesthetics sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of medical devices.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide product training and support to clients to ensure optimal use of medical devices.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A degree in a healthcare-related discipline is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics market and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
