As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by promoting our driving range services, memberships, and golf-related products to both local and international clients. Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for driving range services, memberships, and retail products.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium experience for all visitors and members.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions to showcase the driving range’s features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that boost visibility and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and inventory levels.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local businesses to generate group bookings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or sports industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for golf and a good understanding of the sport (experience in golf sales is advantageous).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate peak business periods.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
