Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth in assigned hospital accounts across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within standalone hospitals to expand Combiphar’s market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, medical) to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and hospital needs to propose innovative solutions.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, address concerns, and introduce new products or services.
- Provide market feedback to the product development team to align offerings with hospital demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or healthcare management certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, medical sales, or hospital business development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of hospital operations, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
