In this role, you will be the face of our brand, building and nurturing long-term relationships with key retail partners to maximize sales, market share, and brand visibility. Your expertise in FMCG sales, negotiation, and account management will be critical in achieving revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market penetration in assigned FMCG retail channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hypermarkets, supermarkets, and large retail chains.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to secure favorable terms and drive volume growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability, promotions, and in-store executions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and propose growth strategies.
  • Provide forecasting and reporting on sales metrics, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Retail Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in competitive retail environments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of FMCG distribution channels, retail dynamics, and consumer behavior in Bali or Southeast Asia.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
