Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including KPIs, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
  • Resolve client issues and escalations promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in sales, preferably in the digital, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to account management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
