Based in Bali’s most vibrant business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients while enjoying the island’s unique work-life balance. Your ability to deliver compelling presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain long-term client relationships will be key to your success.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and engage high-potential corporate clients in Bali and beyond.
  • Follow up on existing sales relationships and internal databases to generate qualified leads and convert them into signed contracts (SPK/PO).
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to streamline the sales process and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in Indonesia.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and converting prospects into closed deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
