Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and engage high-potential corporate clients in Bali and beyond.
- Follow up on existing sales relationships and internal databases to generate qualified leads and convert them into signed contracts (SPK/PO).
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to streamline the sales process and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and converting prospects into closed deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
