Responsibility
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the banking and financial services sector, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and present strategic recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to anticipate market changes and proactively adjust strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for Brinks and its clients.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, pipeline opportunities, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Represent Brinks at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the banking, financial services, or secure logistics industry.
- Proven track record of growing client accounts and achieving revenue targets in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess client needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client demands and attend industry events.
