Responsibility
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business cases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Perform profitability analysis and scenario simulations to assess potential risks and returns for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
- Present complex financial data and analysis to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance financial forecasting accuracy and business planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while maintaining data integrity.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial analytics practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or business finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and profitability assessment using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
