Responsibility
- Lead and manage the securities operations team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
- Oversee the settlement, clearing, and custody of securities transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in securities operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of securities markets, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
