Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to verify client information and assess creditworthiness
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments for loan applications and financial products
- Monitor and evaluate existing portfolios for potential risks and early warning signs
- Prepare detailed risk analysis reports with actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all field investigations and risk assessments
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on risk management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, credit analysis, or field investigations
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit evaluation, and risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management software
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision

- Willingness to travel within assigned regions as needed
