Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve volume targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned corporate distributors in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to align strategies and drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address challenges, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Represent Century Pacific Food at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
