Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners (Pareto outlets) in Bali and the Outer Islands.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting partner performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage returns and ensure efficient resolution to minimize losses.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess partner needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, challenges, and market trends.
- Train and support partner teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, key account management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and the Outer Islands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
