Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and propose strategic improvements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine account strategies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on account performance, forecasts, and action plans to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms align with company policies and profitability goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in an international or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
