Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise accounts (hotels, restaurants, bars, resorts) in Bali.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market penetration.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand needs, present product portfolios, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, tastings, and brand activation events.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in on-premise sales, preferably in the wine, spirits, or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market and existing network of industry contacts (a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Knowledge of wine and spirits (certifications like WSET are advantageous).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
