Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth in the fresh produce sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including modern retailers, distributors, and agribusiness partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product supply and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on agricultural innovations and sustainable practices to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or agribusiness.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the fresh produce industry and modern retail dynamics is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as needed.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
