Responsibility
- Assist in designing and setting up visually appealing in-store displays that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure product placement maximizes sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain and refresh displays regularly to keep the store environment dynamic and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team to ensure displays are fully stocked.
- Support the implementation of seasonal and promotional campaigns through creative visual merchandising.
- Conduct regular store walks to assess display effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
- Assist in training store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail display techniques.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for sports and retail is highly desirable.
