Responsibility
- Assist in designing and implementing visually appealing in-store displays that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to develop creative concepts for seasonal and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across all store locations.
- Monitor and refresh displays regularly to keep them current and engaging for customers.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of visual displays for special events and promotions.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies.
- Maintain an inventory of visual merchandising props and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or visual merchandising is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to different store locations as needed.
