Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, including scheduling, venue setup, and material preparation.
- Provide administrative support to training coordinators, including data entry, document management, and communication with participants.
- Monitor and track training attendance, feedback, and evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.
- Liaise with instructors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all training requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant details, and program outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation of training reports and presentations for management review.
- Handle inquiries from participants and provide timely and professional responses.
- Support the implementation of new training initiatives and improvements to existing programs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
