Responsibility
- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM and Payroll modules to meet client business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end HR processes using SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM and Payroll, ensuring seamless system performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of SAP HCM and Payroll functionalities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM and Payroll trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in SAP HCM and Payroll consulting, with a strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural team.
- SAP HCM or Payroll certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
