Responsibility
- Assist in quality control testing and product inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Enforce Quality Management System (QMS) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Calibrate and maintain testing tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze product defects and propose corrective actions.
- Support ISO and SIRIM audits by preparing documentation and assisting auditors.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
- Document test results and maintain accurate records.
- Provide technical support to production teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of quality control processes and standards.
- Familiarity with ISO and SIRIM compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
