Responsibility
- Assist in conducting sustainability assessments and audits for clients across various industries, including hospitality, tourism, and manufacturing.
- Support the development of sustainability reports, policies, and action plans tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Research and analyze sustainability trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint management.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, local communities, and government agencies, to promote sustainability awareness and adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability programs, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing progress reports.
- Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to educate clients and communities on sustainable practices.
- Stay updated on local and international sustainability regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED, B Corp).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sustainability consulting, environmental management, or a related role (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks, and tools (e.g., life cycle assessment, carbon footprinting, circular economy).
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with sustainability software (e.g., SimaPro, GaBi) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
