Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using digital and manual tracking systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize, label, and store incoming and outgoing goods.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, or excess stock.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory processes as scheduled.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Utilize inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) to update and retrieve data efficiently.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify inventory inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic inventory software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) for team collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods is a plus.
