Responsibility
- Conduct due diligence assessments on potential and existing vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding processes, including documentation review, risk evaluation, and contract management.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain up-to-date records in internal databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address vendor-related risks and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management on vendor compliance and performance metrics.
- Support the implementation of vendor management best practices and process improvements.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting vendor management in financial services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in vendor management, due diligence, or compliance within the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or vendor management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to or work remotely from Bali, with occasional travel as required.
