Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Promote and sell City Savings Bank’s retail banking products, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community members to drive sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and in-branch engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in Bali’s retail banking sector.
- Assist customers with account openings, transactions, and digital banking services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail banking, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the local market in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and its financial needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking products and digital financial services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali as needed.
