Responsibility
- Conduct financial analysis of distressed companies, including cash flow modeling, liquidity assessments, and solvency evaluations.
- Assist in developing and implementing restructuring plans, including debt refinancing, asset sales, and operational turnarounds.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients, creditors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and operational teams to execute restructuring strategies in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities for clients.
- Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures involving distressed assets.
- Liaise with senior management, lenders, and investors to align restructuring objectives with business goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to Kroll’s quality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Indonesian commercial law, bankruptcy codes, and cross-border restructuring frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to complex financial challenges.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia for client engagements.
