Responsibility
- Oversee and execute treasury-related financial disclosures in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Manage journal entries for treasury transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models to optimize liquidity and working capital.
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and credit exposure.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to manage trade finance instruments (LCs, guarantees, etc.).
- Prepare financial analysis and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements in treasury operations to enhance efficiency and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or CTP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, trade finance, or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and foreign exchange risk management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in multinational corporations or financial institutions is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
