Responsibility
- Proactively solicit and acquire new business from prospective and inactive clients to meet assigned profitability targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable bancassurance products tailored to client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with banking partners to ensure seamless integration of insurance products with financial services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide accurate and competitive advice.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to compliance standards and ethical practices in all client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clientele.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with bancassurance platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Canggu, Badung, with flexibility for occasional travel to other Bali regions.
