Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with senior developers to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Configure, deploy, and manage workstations, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of development, testing, and production environments.
- Document technical processes, IT policies, and user guides for internal reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or PHP.
- Familiarity with IT support fundamentals, including operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or DevOps practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, agile environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
