Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Support the development and testing of internal applications or tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and document system upgrades or configurations.
- Provide technical support to employees, including helpdesk assistance and issue resolution.
- Participate in IT projects, such as cybersecurity initiatives or data management tasks.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and present findings to the team.
- Assist in network administration, including monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
- Contribute to the creation of user guides, FAQs, or training materials for IT processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL) or IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a professional setting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT is a plus.
