Responsibility
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs, sales performance, and operational metrics.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for executive and departmental use.
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network systems, including troubleshooting and user training.
- Oversee database management, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with IT vendors to evaluate, deploy, and maintain business applications and tools.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and recommend upgrades or optimizations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or IT support roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data processing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT systems administration, including Windows/Linux servers, networks, and cybersecurity basics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is advantageous.
