As a Junior Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

This contract position offers a competitive salary of Rp 2,000,000 – Rp 2,200,000 per month, along with the chance to work in some of Bali’s most sought-after destinations.

Responsibility
- Assist senior servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Support the kitchen and service staff by running orders and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests in a friendly manner.
- Assist in the opening and closing duties of the restaurant, including setting up and breaking down service stations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
- Physical stamina to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
