Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of our F&B food stalls, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude, providing menu recommendations and answering inquiries.
- Prepare and assemble food orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food stall, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service during payment processes.
- Collaborate with team members to restock ingredients, manage inventory, and ensure the stall is well-prepared for peak hours.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the food stall as needed, including opening and closing duties.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required for junior roles.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; certification is a plus.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
