Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality bubble tea and other beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain barista equipment, including blenders, sealers, and POS systems.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage daily sales reports accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients and tracking supply levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
