Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in visitors and incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including data entry, report preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in managing customer relationships by ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries.
- Collaborate with senior sales executives to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts under supervision.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
