Responsibility
- Conduct proactive sales visits to regular retail stores to push and promote Propan Raya’s industrial coating products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Perform collection and billing activities for regular retail accounts, ensuring timely payments.
- Identify and penetrate new markets for product expansion, increasing brand visibility and sales volume.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to retail staff to enhance their understanding and sales techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels at retail locations and coordinate restocking to avoid shortages.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management, tracking performance against targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, direct selling, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories (own motorcycle and valid license required).
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
